What You'll Learn
During this 4 day event, we'll be covering the following:
Day 1
Due diligence, identifying problems, accessing repairs, getting familiar with materials and getting our hands dirty.
I’m going to walk you through the same steps I go through when first approaching any mobile home.
Then we’ll get set up to start doing renovations!
We gotta make a mess to make a masterpiece so be prepared to get dirty and dress lightly. It gets hot down south!
Day 2
Completing rennovations, running "comps", market analysis.
Day 2, we’re going to finish what we started on day one.
Flipping an entire mobile home in the time that we have just isn’t possible. However, ARE going to flip a couple of rooms in the mobile home
The rooms we’ll be focusing on will be bathrooms and a master bedroom, two very important rooms when it comes to selling any home!
Day 3
Wholesaling Seminar
We’ll be at The Lodge at scenic Eastgate overlooking the lake.
Here, I’ll be teaching you
- the ins and outs of mobile home flipping
- wholesaling
- making offers
- assessing good vs bad parks
- and More!
Bring your laptop/tablet and be ready to take action!
Day 4
Lead Generation Summit
We're going to focus on getting leads for your business utilizing the following tools:
- YouTube
- Facebook ads
- Lead pages
- Email lists
